**Your mission** is _to provide remote and onsite technical support to our clients, delivering first-class customer service and creating client engagement._

**What Will You Be Doing**

The **Solmate Advisor** will be responsible for providing remote and onsite technical support to our clients, delivering first-class customer service and creating client engagement.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage incidents and claims through our helpdesk platform.
- Troubleshoot electronic, communication and mechanical malfunctions.
- **Repair or replace electronic or communication malfunctioning devices**.
- Conduct maintenance of equipment.
- **Supervise subcontractors.**:

- Manage warranty claims.
- Monitoring of alarms and events.
- Helping with warehouse and logistics duties is expected.

**YOU must meet the following qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of similar experience
- Systems, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineer or any relevant **Engineering Degree.**:

- Electronics, instrumentation, low voltage.
- Advanced knowledge in Office
- **Bilingual **Spanish and English
- Proficient computer science skills. Network administration.
- **Linux.**

**Desired**:

- Basic electrical and mechanical experience.
- Basic computer science skills.

**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- San Luis de la Paz, Gto.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
