TE Connectivity's Labor Relations Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a positive relationship between an organization and its employees. This includes overseeing all labor relations activities, including CBA, grievance resolution, and labor-management cooperation, also ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Additionally, is responsible for developing and implementing labor policies and procedures and provide guidance to management on labor relations issues.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with union leaders and worker representatives.
- Monitor contractual provisions and ensure that all parties comply with negotiated terms and conditions.
- Resolve labor disputes and negotiate fair and equitable agreements between the company and unions.
- Provide advice and training to human resources managers and supervisors on union and labor law issues.
- Participate in contract negotiations, including the development of proposals and bargaining strategies.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and grievances related to labor rights violations.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with union leaders and other representatives.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date labor and union policies and procedures consistent with applicable labor standards.
- Annual Negotiation, Prepare the negotiation strategy, administrate the Budget for the negotiation, ensure law compliance and lead the negotiation
- Act as a compliance partner in matter of Union, CBA and internal regulation book
- Negotiate RIF with union: Business Downcycle
- New Legal Requirements Implementation: Launch of new government regulations
- Ensure Internal regulation book and contract compliance: Measure if the BU follows all the as per contract commitments
- Labor Relations Onboarding: Prepare and ensure every employee takes the labor relations onboarding
- Contract Bonus Incentives: Measure the compliance with the contract and negotiate new goals (in case of productivity)
- Mandatory Celebration Events per Contract: Ensure the BU is executing all the events regulated as per contract. Be the official communication channel with union
- Category Promotion Plan and Internal Promotions: Ensure all the promotions are being executed on time according to contract and Internal Promotions Policy
- Transportation and Cafeteria BID: Communication with union and contract compliance

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Lawyer, Business Adm or related field)
- 15 years working actively with unions in the manufacturing industry
- Experience managing multisite contracts
- Solid understanding Mexican employment laws, taxes and Payroll full understanding
- Budget administration
- Advanced level English language
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
- TRESS
- Understand the finances of the Business
- Excellent communication and negotiating
- Strong track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with union representatives

POSITION LOCATED IN HERMOSILLO, SONORA

50-70% TIME TRAVELING.
