The role:
You will be responsible for the execution of Institutional Sephora Campaigns, Brand New Launchings, seasonal product updates, playstations redesigns/ reconfigurations, endcaps, elageres, and outposts in all Open door Retail locations in México 37 PO'S according to the Mkt local & global strategy
- What you'll do:
In an environment characterized by a competitive Open Sell environment and multiple distribution points, we strive to maintain our brand identity, stand out, and speak clearly to our customers through impactful brand messaging. Collaborate with us to seamlessly integrate our brand DNA across all open door locations, ensuring a consistent expression that upholds our elevated standards of Sephora Brand shopping experience awareness at every touchpoint.
- Execution and development for the perfect Store program to guarantee VM activities and KPI'S
- Maintain project related materials, documents, sales, records,
- Assist new store decorative installations and renovations
- Open Sell Merchandising - Drive the process for all Open Sell locations, new doors, retrofits, and updates.
- Support with local store maintenance requests
- Key drivers and follow animation and especial actions - KPI 'S sales results
- Produce VM communication materials and Sephora execution guidelines for internal and external reviews.
- Partner with external vendors on graphic and fixture updates to ensure proper execution.
- Review and approve fixture drawings, costs, prototypes, graphic strips, and retailer proofs.

You have: EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (preferably in beauty).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, IWD, Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactively identify potential issues or delays and take appropriate action to address them in a timely manner.
- An ability to independently push projects forward and deliver updates on time.
