Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assembler I in Tijuana. As an Assembler I, you will have a key role in our top-notch manufacturing operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Perform assembly operations in a flawless and efficient manner
- Follow standard operating procedures strictly to ensure product quality
- Inspect and test final products to ensure they meet the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement changes

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Keen eye for detail and skilled at accurately carrying out given tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to determine and troubleshoot technical issues independently
