**Key Responsibilities**:
- Write detailed reports presenting the results of experiments, data analyses, and their implications on the product strategy.
- Manage the product life cycle, from conception to launch, based on UI/UX of the business.
- Lead UI/UX design efforts, ensuring the alignment of user needs and business goals.
- Enhance website presence and coordinate social media deliverables.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Present prototypes and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for product and interactive design decisions.
**Job Requirements**:
- 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, with a focus on product management and UI/UX design.
- Strong experience with front end design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch,, Lucid, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in design and user workflows, and understanding of other prototyping tools.
- Experience in UI/UX design, including tools such as Invision, Figma, or Miroi.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a simplified manner.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in modern prototype tools and methodologies.
- Expertise in UI/UX design and user interface development.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design.
- Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems, preferably Git / GitLab.
**Education**:
- A 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Design, Business, or a related field OR equivalent training & work experience. Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
