**RESUMEN**:
Responsable de la integración de los procesos existentes (a través de la transferencia de otros sitios de Welch Allyn) y del desarrollo y mejora continua de los procesos de fabricación de dispositivos mecánicos. Puede tener responsabilidad completa del proyecto para proyectos significativos dentro del área especializada.

**ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Aplicar la experiência, la capacitación y las técnicas de ingeniería adquiridas para resolver los problemas encontrados en el diseño, rediseño o solución de problemas.
- Puede supervisar y / o proporcionar orientación técnica y de seguridad o orientación a colegas, técnicos, diseñadores, redactores, creadores de modelos y otros. Puede servir como líder de proyecto._._
- Reunirse con clientes y proveedores externos para intercambiar información y ayudar con problemas técnicos más difíciles.
- Participar en la planificación del proyecto y puede dirigir porciones de proyectos más pequeños o segmentos de proyectos grandes para incluir la programación, los costos de monitoreo, los recursos, la carga de la fuerza laboral, etc.
- Integración de procesos existentes (mediante transferencia desde otros sitios de Welch Allyn) y desarrollo y mejora continua de los procesos de fabricación de dispositivos mecánicos.
- Diseño e implementación de accesorios / herramientas de producción y equipo de inspección según sea necesario.
- Planificación y estrategias de capacidad (equipo, mano de obra, espacio) y mantenimiento.
- Rendimiento de producción, productividad, seguimiento de tiempos muertos y acciones correctivas.
- Coordinación de actividades relacionadas con la transferencia de manufactura al nuevo sitio de manufactura.
- Estimación de tiempos de ciclo, seguimiento y desarrollo de enrutadores de producción.
- Desarrollo y mantenimiento de instrucciones de proceso de fabricación (hojas de proceso, MPS), enrutadores y lista de materiales.
- Desarrollo y finalización de la validación del proceso, al tiempo que se garantiza que los cambios realizados en las especificaciones, métodos, procesos o procedimientos se verifiquen o, cuando corresponda, se validen de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar y el elemento 820.75 de QSR, antes de la implementación.
- Participa en proyectos de CPE y en la validación y verificación de productos y procesos de acuerdo con los procedimientos del sistema de calidad.
- Puede liderar o participar con la administración de las operaciones organizativas y grupales en las actividades de CAPA mediante la realización, determinación y verificación de las acciones correctivas necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento continuo de la política y los procedimientos de la división, las regulaciones federales bajo el Título 21 CFR Parte 820 e ISO 13485: 2003. Responsable de monitorear, identificar tendencias, investigar y resolver problemas relacionados con los procesos de fabricación.

**EDUCACI**Ó**N EXPERIENCIA, CERTIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES**:
**Educación requerida**:
Ingeniero Mecánico, Ingeniero Mecatrónico, Ingeniero Eléctrico, Ingeniero Electromecánico, Ingeniero de Sistemas o similar.

**Experiência deseable**:

- Mínimo un año de experiência en una posición relacionada_._
- Experiência en resolución de problemas, gestión de proyectos, prácticas lean, six sigma deseables, transferencias de líneas. Experiência trabajando en ambientes regulados por ISO / FDA y GMP's.

**Bilingüe**:Comunicación oral y escrita en inglés Intermedio.
