- Time management: organizing your different tasks and knowing how to prioritize
- Work in English: Communicate with providers and clients in a friendly but professional manner both in writing and on the phone

- Proactive: Avoid issues whenever possible, and be able to resolve/escalate issues when necessary
- Professional Representation: Attend site inspections for training purposes and represent the company
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the travel or wedding industry.
- Familiarity with Mexico and Caribbean regions.
