As a Bookkeeper, you will find satisfaction in managing and executing a range of financial

activities, including:

- Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
- Assist with improving, developing, documenting, and implementing accounting and

finance related policies and procedures to support the company’s scale
- Manage and comply with government reporting requirements, statutory financial

statements and tax filings, VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing methodology

etc.
- Focus is the Mexican regulations and how to interact with the Governmental Authorities.
- Support and assist with internal reports and reconciliations
- Ad-hoc projects
- Work with external auditors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with at least 3 years of accounting experience,

preferably with audit experience
- Preferably a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) or the

National Polytechnic Institute (IPN)
- Big 4 experience from high tech departments (advantage)
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic

environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to details
- Proficiency with systems and MS office
- Experience with Netsuite (advantage)
- Team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills
