As part of your job, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Communicate with HR;
- Plan and participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in human resources;
- Plan, analyze and generate various reports, letters and documents according to the schedule;
- Create, update and maintain employee records, digital and on paper;
- Analyze and propose solutions to frequent requirements;
- Support and participate in various special projects;
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Qualifications**
- You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area;
- You have between (1) to three (3) years of experience in HR related functions;
- You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (Spanish and English) to provide an emphatic, diplomatic response to employees;
- You are a rigorous person who pays attention to detail;
- You are an organized and structured person;
- You are able to multitask;
- You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- You are creative and proactive in problem solving;
- You can uphold strict confidentiality when required;
- You worked well under pressure and in a dynamic environment;
- You have excellent Excel and computer skills;
- You have an attitude that combines autonomy and discretion;
