International Recruiter Opportunity

This position is for a bilingual Independent Contractor opportunity. In this role, you will provide full cycle recruiting by vetting out the most qualified Interpreters and filling open opportunities needed to meet the needs of the business. In addition, your primary responsibility is to identify, interview, phone screen, qualify, and negotiate rates with applicants. In this role, the Recruiter must possess an understanding of recruiting Independent Contractors, exhibit excellent technical skills. The Recruiter must have a high-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with internet-based career boards, and social networking websites. The ideal Recruiter will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, interview, phone screen, qualify, and negotiate rates
- Negotiate competitive rates while supporting the industry’s Independent Contractor business model
- Encourage qualified Interpreters to join LSA’s network
- Partner with the Talent Acquistion Manager and Marketing to generate and manage advertisements on job boards and social networking websites
- Respond and react quickly to priority changes to support our internal clients’ business needs and/demands
- Represent the company at career fairs (virtually and in person) and Interpreter networking events (must be able to describe company service lines, as well as Interpreter/language requirements)
**Qualifications**:
- Must be fluent in English/Spanish
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
