**Your key responsibilities**
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with colleagues, or consultations with managers across the organization.
- Schedule and deliver live webinar training sessions on a as needed utilizing a variety of sources and instructional techniques
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules and self-paced course materials for new joiners
- Provide system usage support to the Coverage organization on deal set-up and helping remove roadblocks for the sales organization.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize based on initiatives and/or delivery dates
- Draft and publish organizational communications to ensure colleagues have knowledge of training and developmental events & resources
- Conduct follow-up evaluation of training programs

- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
