As a Marketing Communications Specialist you’ll be part of the Mexico´s Communications team, driving the awareness of our brands to engage the customers with our products and systems with a “Customer Centricity” spirit. You will gain exposure working with different key areas and being part of a LatAm organization with a diversity team. We are looking for a passionate, proactive, creative, and compromised person that brings a cheerful spirit to the team, who loves to question the status quo, improve her/himself every day and our way of working to build a “greater together” team.

What you’ll do
- Drive communications that fundamentally shift customer and stakeholder perception in the market.
- Develop and execute Marketing Communications plans for B2C channels.
- Manage marketing spending for communications activities.
- Manage local and external agencies and vendors for localization and activation.
- Support the PoS activities with customers.
- Leverage customer/market insights to deliver a rich customer experience.
- Define target messaging strategy to guide brand positioning in the market.
- Supports operationally any marketing activity organized in the market.
- Leads content localization in the market for every channel.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree completed in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Publicity, Business Administration, or other related studies.
- Proven competence in external communications in a busy department.
- Knowledge of different digital platforms, latest communications trends, and strong affinity with Social Media platforms.
- Technical skills: knowledge of digital and social media management, campaign media management, brand guidelines management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization.
- As a person you stay cool under pressure, you show a great balance of creative, managerial, and organizational skills, you have strong presentation skills and are credible to work with the leadership of the company.
- Intermediate English is desirable.
