Essential Duties and Responsibilities_

1. Facilitate classroom training using principles of adult learning.

2. Assist with designing and developing curriculum and determining instructional methods.

3. Assist in evaluation and improvement of existing training as appropriate.

5. Help others develop a deep connection to, and ability to apply, SEL’s culture and values.

7. Understand. Create. Simplify.

8. Other duties as assigned.
- Required Qualifications_

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated classroom training experience with adults, or equivalent

Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully, and openly to a diverse audience

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Ability to work independently

Ability to take direction

Ability to learn project management skills

Willingness to travel

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Maintain course records, databases, materials, and equipment

Background check results satisfactory to SEL

Negative drug test result(s)
