Autolab es un emprendimiento de alto crecimiento en el sector automotriz. A través de una plataforma tecnológica, ofrecemos a nuestros clientes finales un servicio de reparación de vehículos confiable, asequible y con gran servicio. Todas las reparaciones son realizadas por una red de talleres independientes que se asocian con Autolab (talleres aliados). Autolab atrae clientes a los talleres y les ofrece como valor agregado un software para manejar la relación cliente-taller. Este tech stack permite a Autolab controlar la calidad y eficiencia de la operación, logrando así un servicio único de cara al cliente final.

Estamos en modo crecimiento, expandiendo nuestra red de talleres aliados rápidamente y adquiriendo nuevos clientes para los talleres aliados.

**Sobre el rol**

Estamos buscando un Data Analyst, su rol será garantizar la finalización exitosa de las tareas analíticas, desarrollo de negocios, presentaciones de alto nível con clientes, seguimiento a tareas específicas del equipo B2B y prueba e implementación de nuestro producto.

Trabajará junto con KAM comerciales y líderes de operaciones e informará directamente al VP de B2B. Para tener éxito en este rol, debe tener una forma de pensar analítica natural, excelente comunicación, manejo Excel y Power Point avanzado y ser capaz de explicar conceptos difíciles.

**Responsabilidades**
- Analizar y evaluar los procesos comerciales actuales e identificar áreas de mejora
- Investigar y revisar procesos comerciales y operacionales y nuevos avances de TI para hacer que los sistemas sean más modernos
- Presentar ideas y hallazgos en reuniones
- Crear iniciativas en función de los requerimientos y necesidades del negocio
- Desarrollar proyectos y monitorear el desempeño de proyectos específicos
- Colaborar con la alta dirección, socios, clientes y técnicos.

**Requisitos**
- +2 años experiência relevante
- Experiência creando informes detallados y dando presentaciones.
- Experiência influenciando equipos de alto rendimiento
- Conocimiento avanzado en Excel y Power Point.
- Habilidades de pensamiento analítico y conceptual.
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
