**Position Description**:
- **100% Remote**:
- We are a growing healthcare organization seeking **Medical Doctors** interested in transitioning into administrative roles as **Medical Receptionists**.
- As a Remote Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative support, all conducted from the comfort of your home.
- Internal title is Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)
- **Pay is based on experience and education.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer/return patient inquiries via phone or online platforms with professionalism and empathy.
- Handling/obtaining referrals, calling patients to inform of referral, schedule and confirm appointments.
- Assist with insurance verifications and billing inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using medical software systems.
- Accurately manage and update electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
- Comprehensive training provided
**Schedule**:
- Monday - Friday
- 8 am - 5 pm CT
**Requirements**:
- **18-month minimum commitment required**:
- 1 year of relevant customer service/front office/call center experience required
- **Must be in the US Central Time Zone**:
- **English and Spanish fluency required**:
- A+ customer service-oriented attitude, charisma, and excellent bedside manner.

- Tech savviness/Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clear drug screening and background check

Pay: $386,840.00 - $407,200.00 per year
