**PROPERTY MANAGER**

**Requisitos**:

- Escolaridad: Ingeniería, Arquitectura, o afín
- Mínimo 3 años en puestos administrativos y comerciales enfocados a obra
- Organizado
- Manejo de Audocad y Monday
- Manejo de paquetería office avanzado
- Disponibilidad para viajar

**FUNCIONES Y HABILIDADES**:

- Responsable de la gestión del inmueble con el fin de optimizar su mantenimiento y maximizar su imagen
- Levantamiento de necesidades en inmuebles, coordinación y envío de concursos a proveedores
- Seguimiento de trabajos y apego a programa de obra
- Cumplimiento a presupuestos asignados
- Gestiones de forma interna y externa
- Enfoque a resultados
- Ser persona dinámica, proactiva y resolutiva

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Salario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
