- Create purchase orders for all material with a less than one month lead time. » Confirm that all materials arrive the week prior to the production plan execution. » Update and review Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) with suppliers for current status and to ensure available capacity to support seasonal business. » Effectively communicate specific priorities to supplier and logistics team. » Consolidate supplier requirements for all functional areas within the plant. » Ensure Non Conformance Material Requests (NCMR) are addressed and completed timely by appropriate personnel. » Perform statistical analysis and create reports as requested in addition to managing the open/late purchase order report, supplier scorecard, etc» Support commodity managers by monitoring and reporting on supplier adherence to stocking programs and supplier relations. » Suggest and implement inventory management process changes to reduce inventory levels while increasing inventory turns.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related Analytical Discipline. o 1 - 3 years of experience in purchasing or related materials position. o APICS CPIM Certification preferred. » Systems: o Ability to demonstrate MRP theory through leveraging system to drive supply chain initiatives. o MS software - proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
