At Capita Works we are seeking an administrative professional with client invoicing and consultant support experience. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for entering all vendor invoices and assists with monthly billing and weekly collection efforts, maintains various reports, and provides general office support to both the Accounting Manager and the Principal. We want a team player who is passionate about learning, knows how to prioritize, welcomes challenges, is open to change, is punctual, respectful and has a desire to grow.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software i.e., Big Time, QuickBooks or similar.
- Amazing organizational talent.
- Excellent attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Prior experience in an accounting firm.
- BS in Accounting.

**DUTIES**:

- Supporting your Account Manager.
- Digital Filing.
- Payables and Receivables posting.
- Monthly client invoicing.
- Payables coordination with consultants.

You must be fully bilingual.
