Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Be proactive partner to advance company culture.
- Provide customized HR Solutions to support business goal & Strategy.
- Handle labor/legal issues, ensure employee disputes, separation cases are conducted in Compliance with Molex corporate and the statutory requirements.
- Take care of People metrics in a timely manner: Turnover, Absenteeism and Overtime.
- Drive the deployment of our MBM culture to employees, supervisors, and managers.
- Work with business leaders to identify talent gaps and generate talent strategies (acquire, develop, and retain processes.)
- Support business to manage employee performance and compensation to maximize employee contribution.
- Leverage data and resources to help business leaders make economic decisions.
- Enhance supervisor role to help business leaders make decisions.
- Support business leaders to lead organizational change and drive continuous improvement, providing a business perspective focused on Human Resources.
- Take the role of communication between employee and business to improve employee morale.
- Steward business team´s transformation.
- Timely deal with myHR/Eslabon/Kronos issues.
- Support HR Manager, as assignedTrato oportuno con problemas de myHR/Eslabon/Kronos.
