**About the Role**:

- We are looking for a teammate in our IT Department as **Senior IT Technician** located in Guadalajara, Mexico, who will help support and maintain the computer systems and equipment of the organisation, ensuring they run smoothly.

**The Quest**:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance work.
- Setting up and maintaining accounts for staff.
- Troubleshooting issues reported by staff.
- Checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
- Maintaining records of software licences.

**The Skills**:

- At least 3-year experience in Tech support.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN), switching & routing.
- Knowledge of server administration and operations.
- Strong technical, logical, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer hardware and software
- Linux/Unix is a plus.
- VMware is a plus.
- Windows Server is a plus.
- MacOS is a plus.
