Provide high level Customer Service; making sure customer needs are taking care off
- Needs to answer each phone call and provide solutions to each customer (advised by general manager and Vice president of company) status, updates, etc.
- Follow up on Customer orders, providing efficient information to each order to the team and Customers
- Update each order in a daily basis with notes, notifications, etc., in our Quick Base system (will get train to use system)
- Follow up on and update shipping, provide customers with status on Customer Service Orders (CSO) and work orders (WO)
- Maintain diplomacy and tact while dealing with upset or escalated callers
