**Location**: Mexico City Bosques
As Ice Cream Sr. Brand Manager you will take care of the strongest and most iconic brands in Unilever’s Ice Cream Business (Magnum, Mordisko, Cornetto, Solero, Local Jewels & Piloncito). This job will give you the opportunity to do bold & exciting marketing projects that are ahead of us.
**Main responsibilities are following**:
**Brand management**
- Build Strong, Meaningful and Salient Brands.
- Develop annual Category and Brand plans in full synergy with the mid and long-term plan. Lead and run the IBP process.
- Uncover root issues and opportunities across the 6Ps via leading brand and category audits.
- Rigorously lead the communication agenda with meaningful, impactful and disruptive communications for all the brands and brand-say and do
- Responsible for development and/or localization of media assets cooperating with external agencies and Digital Marketing Media & Commerce team.
- Develop plans to strengthen the position of our portfolio in the market to gain market share and improve penetration of core and develop the market, untapped consumer needs to innovate, create, enter into new opportunities.
- On-going market understanding at consumer and shopper level (brand measures, competition monitoring, media, and consumer/shopper behaviors); to develop ideas into marketing strategy.
- Actively contributes to Business Team work: owns & leads respective projects, puts forwards issues, shares updates with the team, gives feedback to others in the meetings; provides inputs to others.
- Manage the cross functional teams and key stakeholders including CCD, CD, R&D, Procurement, Legal, DP, SP, Category planning teams, Finance, Media, Digital Hub, NRM and agencies.
- Closely monitor the market for the competition and act rapidly with full agility to keep strengthening market share.
- Brings an iterative, ‘test and learn’ approach to brand innovation and an understanding of agile ways of working towards Minimal Viable Product (MVP) development with a focus on market activation.
- Management of innovation funnel (incl. Innoflex & Investor Boards), NPD & execution in market for the next 3 years.
- Respective budget owner (responsibility to keep proper balance of total budget ATL, BTL); A&P budget management.
- Provides for S&OP input for Business Team results (according to the S&OP procedure)
- Full Responsibility of P&L
- Optimize portfolio assortment to maximize value while reducing overall portfolio complexity.
- Continuous improvement of profitability and product superiority.

**Required skills** **and qualifications**:
- At least 8 years experience in marketing,
- At least 5 years experience in managing brands
- Business mind-set and thorough knowledge of consumer needs are required.
- Deep understanding and usage of the digital marketing tools.
