**Your role**:
As a Leads Generator at Spoken Learning, you will drive our growth by engaging potential clients and managing social media interactions across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Your main tasks will include daily content posting, proactive community engagement, and relationship building with prospective students. Using your customer service and sales expertise, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance our online presence and attract new learners. Your role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency with CRM platforms, and the ability to efficiently organize and track leads. Join us in expanding our reach and making language learning exciting and accessible for all.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct effective cold calls, follow-up calls, and close deals to achieve a minimum of 5 sales per week.
- Identify and join relevant Facebook groups to engage with potential prospects daily.
- Identify and join relevant LinkedIn groups to engage with potential prospects daily.
- Serve as the initial point of contact across all platforms, providing timely and helpful responses to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with potential customers, keeping them engaged and informed about our offerings.
- Record and analyze generated leads to track progress and inform strategy adjustments.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for lead generation to expand our customer base and strengthen our online presence.
- Update and analyze KPIs to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to achieve lead targets and drive sales growth.

**Skills and requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven customer service and sales experience, demonstrating a track record of success and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in a sales-related field such as International Business, Marketing, or Business Administration, providing a solid foundation in key business principles.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English, ensuring clear and professional communication (C1 level required).
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication, active listening, and negotiation, enabling effective interaction and relationship building.
- Exhibits a friendly, positive, and confident attitude, essential for fostering a welcoming environment for prospects and clients.
- Ability to take initiative and manage customer interactions with confidence and professionalism.
- Possessing Google ads, Facebook ads, and SEO skills are a plus
