- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las entregas de Partes y Servicio para los clientes estratégicos de la compañía; así como asegurar la atención a las necesidades o pedidos de los clientes clave asignados a la posición para entrega en tiempo y forma, lo anterior involucra un puntual seguimiento con las áreas implicadas.**¿Cuáles serán mis responsabilidades?**
- Analizar el proceso de gestión, procesamiento y despacho de las ordenes.
- Coordinar a las distintas areas involucradas con el fin de identificar oportunidades y mejoras.
- Entregar proyecciones de demanda de materiales para asegurar el nível de inventario necesario.
- Hacer seguimiento para entregar completo y en tiempo a los clientes de clave asignados.
- Realizar reportes periodicos (internos y externos) que permitan identificar causas raices en los no cumplimientos.
- Alcanzar y mantener los targets u objetivos de cumplimiento en las entregas de los clientes clave asignados.
- Automatizar procesos manuales que reducen la eficiencia del seguimiento y/o entregas.
- Realizar proyecciones confiables de demanda de partes con el fin de mejorar la calidad de servicio.
- Establecer mecanismos que permitan una gestión y procesamiento más expedito de los requerimientos.- Al menos 2 años de experiência en roles como planeador de demanda, planificación de inventario o atención a clientes.
- Experiência específica en la industria minera.
- Habilidades sólidas en análisis de datos utilizando herramientas como Excel, Python o R.
- Experiência previa en control de inventario y planificación.
