We are looking for the best Scheduler to join our team at our Rosarito location. Responsibilities: The Scheduler is responsible for creating work orders, expediting and following up on production priorities, as well as creating, managing and strictly

**ACTIVITIES**:

- Supports the planning & scheduling of raw materials for production.
- Create work orders, review messages, expedite and follow up production priorities and regular schedules.
- Organizes / tracks of shipments for dispatch from the supply base to ensure on time delivery at the plant
- Maintains an optimum level of finished product inventory, ensuring the level of service required by the client
- Coordination and supervision of the purchasing, shipping, storage and planning areas
- Develops instructions for the work processes of Production Control; ensures that Schedulers are trained on all work processes.
- Ensure Customer's expectations are clearly communicated and are being met
- Communicate material supply issues proactively with all required business functions. Assess problem areas and provide root cause analysis, technical support and direction to sites to resolve issue

**EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
experience 1yearrelated experience in Supply Chain Planning and Purchasing
Bilingual Spanish-English
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
