Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor helps manufacturing staff achieve company and production goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results. Enforces company policies and guidelines as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment for all team members.
**Essential Functions**
- Analyze work orders to estimate operating times and generate production programs.
- Follow, execute and / or adjust the procedures of the area to ensure compliance with the production schedule.
- Supervise the activities of technical personnel during the shift.
- Active participation in the planning of equipment maintenance to schedule the necessary activities.
- Interact with the rest of the areas to ensure continuity of production and compliance with the requirements of our customers.
- Train, review and develop the team in conjunction with HR staff.
- Participate in safety activities within the plant, as well as reinforce them in the production floor.
- Build a good work environment through the NIAGARA culture.
- Develop and implement methodologies, procedures and metrics to improve production processes, equipment performance and the quality of our products.
- Observe and suggest changes in working conditions and the use of equipment to increase efficiency in the department, factory and in general of the company.
- Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are met.
- Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Qualifications:

- 2 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years - Experience in Position
- 2 Years - Experience managing people/projects
