This role drives the digital business strategy and assure the successful execution across key internal areas, including all functions, leads the development of business cases to inform and facilitate the implementation of new digital channels, drives change management towards digital transformation.

**Key Activities**
- Develop and maintain a Go-to-Market process driving the cross-functional team to on-time, on-cost and on-quality execution through a digital-focused strategy including development and management of the product portfolio life-cycle and launch execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and timelines that ensure successful project outcomes."
- Digital strategy definition and execution and the change management execution
- Leads the digital strategy through a generalized digital mindset
- Leading professional recognized as technical expert within their organization. Senior manager of managers and matrix leader

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience in a leadership role ideally leading company’s transition to a digital-based model.
- Proven experience leading successful digital transformations at organizations
- Strong understanding of digital landscape and evolving markets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a digital transformation strategy
- Experience of working with senior level interlocutors and multiregional/ multilevel stakeholders
- Experience in digital (Commercial, Marketing, Access & External Engagement), leading initiatives in new digital channels and platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders
- Medical understanding
- Data analytics tools
- Project Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Digital Platforms
- Experience with Veeva (Salesforce) as an asset
- Strong understanding of available digital capabilities and platforms and how they can be utilized within the Biopharmaceutical industry
- Highly focused on the design and implementation of customer programs (not limited to healthcare)
