**Ford Champs** will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

As a Talent Development** Ford Champ, **you will be responsible of Continuous Education Strategy, Training Communication Strategy, Talent Development KPI’s and the implementation of several training programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**What you´ll do**:

- **Continuous Education Strategies - negotiation of discount agreements with universities and language schools.**
- **Follow up Talent Development metrics**
- **Design and deploy learning strategies and training programs that address the training needs of employees in the company.**
- **Training Needs Analysis to design training programs to acquire new skills and knowledge.**
- **Assess the deployed programs and improve them as necessary.**
- **Lead internal communication strategy related to Training Programs.**

QUALIFICATIONS

**What you´ll need**:

- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of **Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineering.**:

- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Previous Learning experience is helpful but not required
