Coordinate activities according to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards (particularly Autonomous and Professional Maintenance Pillar Activities) to guarantee the productivity and quality goals, through a systematic approach of planning and executi
Planning and execution of die maintenance and die improvements through the use of new machining technologies (using design software and machining programs).
Responsible to submit all RQ trough the PENTASAP system generated by Die room, quality and Industrial Engineer
Ensure to have the appropriate and sufficient tools and facilities and also keep the machining licenses updated.
Develop training plans for people to keep them updated.
New investments and disposal management.
To control the flow of spare parts regarding his specialty

5 years of experience in die technology
Metallurgical / mechanical / industrial engineer
Master in business administration
Knowledge in die process
knowledge in PM methodology

**Knowledgeable in**:
SMIRT
PENTASAP
TMS
WCM
CATIA and SMIRT knowledge
Budget management knowledge
Maintenance systems (corrective / preventive / predictive)
