**Resumen de la Posición**:
Es responsable de asegurar y coordinar el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo tanto a maquinaria, equipo y a las instalaciones de Thermo Fisher Monterrey, asegura y coordina trasferencias de nuevos equipos. Es técnicamente competente para desempeñar todo lo referente a su área de responsabilidad

**Responsabilidades**:

- Responsable de los planos de la planta
- Responsable de cumplir con todas las ordenes de trabajos generados del programa de mantenimiento preventivo correctivo y predictivo de toda la maquinaria y equipo periférico.
- Responsable de los planos de la planta, operaciones en la planta, nuevas construcciones y propiedades en renta, así como también de tareas de ingeniería dentro del departamento de ingeniería de planta.
- Coordina y controla almacén de refacciones.
- Responsable de cumplir las fechas compromiso de las instalaciones en la planta y los movimientos departamentales.
- Responsable de desconexión y conexión de nuevos equipos, así como su transferencia
- Fuera de la planta, mantiene contacto con proveedores y contratistas.
- Conduce encuestas internas de necesidades de espacio e informa a la compañía de las necesidades de la planta.
- Supervisa contratos, presupuestos, mantenimiento de planta y actividades de custodia.
- Analiza y corrige problemas en áreas problemáticas en la planta.
- Observa a contratistas y corredores de bienes para aconsejar a la gerencia sobre las posibilidades de terrenos y servicios de construcción.
- Constantemente revisa el estado de la planta y su desarrollo, y los avances de ingeniería en plantas externas, para diseñar las más efectivas modificaciones en la planta.
- Se asegura que todas las instalaciones cumplan con las regulaciones locales, del estado y nacionales, y leyes de medio ambiente.
- Participar en las sesiones de entrenamiento en materia de medio ambiente (a las que sea convocado)
- Realizar sus tareas respetando los controles para el cuidado de medio ambiente y la integridad de los empleados
- Asegurar las condiciones óptimas de los equipos destinados al control operacional ambiental y/o que afecten el desempeño ambiental del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental
- Atender los monitoreos específicos de Medio Ambiente y Seguridad
- Gestión de proveedores que contribuyan al cumplimiento de controles operacionales ambientales y/o Requerimientos Legales >
- Asegurar el establecimiento e implementación de controles operacionales a fin de controlar los Aspectos Ambientales y Requerimientos legales asociados a los procesos a su cargo
- Reportar los Hazard ID pertinentes que identifique en sus actividades en materia de medio ambiente y seguridad
- Participar en las 4 Disciplinas de la Ejecución
- Participar en actividades de PPI
- Cumplir con las actividades relacionadas con el segurometro
- Evaluar al personal a su cargo

**Autoridades**:

- Firmar permisos de seguridad de trabajos
- Modificar roles de turnos de técnicos
- Solicitar cotización de trabajos con proveedores
- Firmar salidas de material.
- Señalar y reportar algún incumplimiento al código de vestimenta dentro de las instalaciones.
- Evaluar al personal a su cargo
- Reporte de actividades que afecten el medio ambiente (cuando aplique)
- Establecer y ejercer controles para aspectos ambientales significativos de las operaciones a su cargo
- Realizar las comunicaciones ambientales pertinentes de acuerdo con su puesto de trabajo
- Realizar propuestas para la mejora del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental
- Tomar las medidas correctivas pertinentes ante actividades que afecten el medio ambiente, cuando los resultados previstos del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental no se alcancen
- Ejecutar de decisiones en la selección y cambio de contratistas/proveedores relevantes al Sistema de Gestión Ambiental
- Abrir Hazard IDs en materia de medio ambiente y seguridad, y tomar las medidas necesarias y adecuadas para su resolución.

**Requerimientos para la posición**:
**Educación**
- Preferentemente Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica o afín.

**Experiência**:

- Preferentemente de 3 a 10 años demostrados de experiência en mantenimiento de equipos de inyección, soplado y moldeo soplado de Plásticos, así como PLC’s, edificios y servicios generales; puesto similar o su equivalente

**Conocimientos**:

- Preferentemente ingles fluido; lectura y escritura, que permita presentaciones fluidas
- Trabajar con ambiente de plataforma SAP (deseable)

**Habilidades/Competencias**:
