- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices - Manages professionals and/or supervisors, and supervises large teams of technical support personnel, and shipping personnel.Responsible for the results of the personnel in charge. Defines the standards by which the team operates and ensures that essential procedures are followed
- Makes decisions and solves problems under certain guidelines related to policies, procedures and business plans, receives guidance from the manager. Provides technical guidance to employees. Has limited authority, sets performance goals, conducts performance reviews, and recommends compensation actions. Establishes the necessary actions to meet the objectives of the department. Makes sure to monitor the indicators of the processes under his responsibility. Maintains a continuous analysis of the personnel structure, recommending adjustments based on the analysis of the capacities of the different areas.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Completed bachelor's degree ENGLISH 80% essential
- 3 years of experience ESSENTIAL in the position of Warehouse Coordinator or Superintendent in the manufacturing industry
- Training in Stock and Warehouse Management
- Logistics Training
