Major tasks and responsibilities of position:- Analyze business requirements and provide technical guidance- Enhance/ ensure quality and compliance of integrated data and processes- Support in change management activities- Continuously monitor system and feature performance and initiate measures if required- Address technical issues, provide timely resolution and lead the escalation process if required- Support operational improvement activities and supervise external providers- Collaborate with all parties involved in the respective processes on day-to-day and ad-hoc requests- Create and maintain comprehensive documentations, such as design documents, user manuals and project closure/ implementation documents- Time management and planning required to support in multiple business unit needs and projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in business requirements in a fast-paced environmentTasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Studies with majors in Procurement- First professional experiences in master data management with a good understanding of crossfunctional processes- Proficient in related IT systems including functionalities and tools- Excellent understanding of system workflows, dependencies and inter-dependencies- Strong service orientation and communication skills- Pro-active personality with balanced focus on quality and pragmatic solutions- Flexible, works well in a team environment- Proficient Business English
