Assist Purchasing Manager to supports the regional supply function, ensuring continuity of supply through analysis of key metrics.
- Develop and manage new vendor on-boarding process including terms, compliance, set up forms, lead times, payable and tracking of all related information.
- Executes vendor performance evaluations to ensure technical excellence for product.
- Prepares supplier development program to improve overall supplier performance.
- Assists in identifying and developing department tools and methodologies.
- Have the ability of business negotiation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s Degree.
- Advanced English.
- Purchasing experience in plastic industry.
- More than 3 years of experience in the purchasing area.
