The Production FA Superintendent oversees the manufacturing process and guarantees that production is successful by managing its aspects. Supervises the activities of the staff and ensure that meet production plan and targets, leading strategy to comply with cost saving initiatives, quality required, continuous improvement, stablished cost, and delivery on time, also supporting employee safety.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

- Coordinate production lines supervisors, to achieve operation metrics (delivery on time, productivity, quality, safety, and cost).
- Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to Production Manager
- Identify improvement areas, to feed continuous improvement projects
- Oversee employees’ performance and areas productivity
- Manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and organization so thar each is successful
- Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee safe use of PPE from employees
- Perform verification of production output according to production specifications
- Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards

To actively participate on Integral management system audits

**Formal Education & Certification**

BS in Mechatronic, Electronic, Engineering, or related.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- + 5 years of experience as Senior production supervisor
- + 5 years Supervision experience on electronic industry
- Customer satisfaction
- Strategic planning
- English intermediate
- Conflict management and resolution
