**Early Careers Recruiter**

Koch Global Solutions (KGS) is the global problem solver of business needs for Koch Industries. The position will be preferably, physically based in Guadalajara with a hybrid model, traveling 60% of their time.

- Background in agenda management, problem resolution and results oriented responsibility.
- Bases in metrics or identifying KPI’s management.
