Objective:
Main functions:- Adept in both traditional and creative recruiting approaches.-
- Is a talent advisor for a group of job families or regions with the ability to flex to other job disciplines.-
- Drives the sourcing strategy, identifying and recommending process improvements.- Influences others within the department at an operational level regarding concepts or practices and some advisement on approaches.- Leverages data and tangible facts to inform business partners on the hiring activity and influence decision-making.

Knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Minimum 5 years of professional-level recruiting and/or HR experience.- Professional English Level
