**You Are**:
UST is searching for a Sr. Developer who will be required to be part of a high-performance agile team required to fulfil customer requirements on Nearshore time zone while working with Offshore and Onsite teams.

**The Opportunity**:

- Show initiative and motivation to solve problems, adapt to changes, and follow through on tasks.
- Responsible for design, code development, implementation, and support of technical solutions for various customer facing online platforms.
- Work in Agile teams following Agile methodologies to deliver high quality products on time with performance and localization requirements in mind.
- Build, test and deliver high quality, complex frameworks and systems and diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Use the latest development tools and follow industry and Wolters Kluwer technical standards.
- Understand the use of technology and how its implementation affects strategic business goals.
- Evaluate new development tools and drive their implementation within our development teams. Mentor less-experienced staff by providing daily guidance and direction.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

**What you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience using the following technologies:

- Drupal
- Php
- C#
- SQL server
- Successful track record delivering high quality code on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies.
- Experience with error handling, asynchronous processing, queue driven processing, event processing, multi-threading.
- Experience with architecture/design patterns and re-usability concepts and database design
- Able to communicate on issues/problems and coordinate with Product Management on day-to-day work.
- Able to understand complex requirements and partake in Agile ceremonies. Able to work with changing requirements based on urgency.
