**About the Law Firm**:
At Your Practice Mastered, we help law firm owners grow their practice by coaching them on how to build systems and hire talent to run those systems. We’ve been working with law firm owners for 15+ years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Test, analyze, and optimize messaging for maximum conversion and engagement.
- Manage and segment contact lists to ensure personalized and timely outreach.
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to align on messaging and goals.
- Monitor outreach performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Ensure all outreach activities are compliant with industry regulations and standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills. (C1 - C2 Proven Advanced English knowledge).
- A deep understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM platforms and integrating them with outreach tools.
