Global Financial Systems Accountant

Experiência y requisitos

Change leadership & team membership Skills:

- Communicate effectively while working with all levels of the organization to champion change
- Independently analyze a wide-variety of financial systems & processes
- Actively participate on teams to provide financial expertise
- Serve as liaison between global process owners & financial systems
- Recommend, design & test creative solutions that challenge traditional processes

Global Systems & Finance Technical Skills:

- Global finance master data - accounts, dimensions
- LN/5c finance modules (GL/AR/AP/Cash/Fixed Assets)
- LN/5c logistics & integrations (projects, service, sales, purchasing, etc.)
- Inquiry, reporting & analytics
- Coupa, Cognos, XM/STARS, FieldBase, Oracle/Hyperion
- General accounting: reconciliations, journals, inter-company, controls

Background/Requirements:

- Requires a 4-year degree, preferably in accounting
- Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment and the ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrate very good communication skills and have a comprehensive knowledge of Caterpillar businesses, products, suppliers and customers
- 4-6 years of accounting experience is recommended.
- Experience with LN including finance master data, transactions, & reporting highly desired
- Must be willing to relocate to Tijuana, Mexico
