Job purpose:

- Looking for a recently graduated Engineer who can read and follow assembly drawings and wiring diagrams correctly, PCBA_ knowledge and execution is required. Also, will be a Failure Analysis focused Individual in both Electrical and Mechanical Development._

Key responsibilities:

- Read, interpret, and follow prints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
- Understanding of both power and hand tools is required throughout the entire assembly and testing process.
- Testing of products during several stages of the development process to ensure that our products function properly and are free of any defects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following the lab standards.
- Should be able to document actions and issues by completing production and quality forms.
- Perform multipoint safety and efficiency inspections. Technicians will use their expertise to perform test plans and determine if a product will comply with the customer requirements.
- Test technicians will inspect individual products and/or prototypes.

What we’re looking for
- _ Electromechanical bachelor’s degree or similar (recently graduated)._
- _ Must be familiar with and _follow all Lock_ Out Tag Out and Safety protocols and procedures_
- _ 1+ years electrical / mechanical assembly experience preferred_
- _ Basic reading and electrical plan interpretation. Must be able to follow directions._
- _ Strong verbal and written skills_
- _ Must be able to communicate with _all functional groups within organization_
- _ Computer navigation _and utilization skills with_ many software packages_ including Office 365
- _ Test _technicians must_ be comfortable to work with High voltage_
- Must have basic analog and digital signal circuit knowledge
- SMD, heat gun and soldering iron techniques knowledge.
- Multimeter, oscilloscope and power supply use.
