**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Technical support to the PC users (Hardware and software). - Installation, hardware / software configuration. Corrective and preventive maintenance to computer equipment. Monitoring of data network operation. Inventory maintenance of computer equipment. Train PC users as required. Quick and effective problem solving in the operation. Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Engineering bachelor degree in computer sciences or equivalent - 1+ Years of experience in the position
- Experience and knowledge in structured cabling for networks. Understanding of the operation of the different Computer Operating Systems
- 1+ Years working in FDA/ISO 13485 regulated environment desirable
- Software management
- AS400 and SAP Knowledge Desirable
- FDA and IS0 13485 knowledge Desirable
- Disciplined and Organized
- Proactive
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Sense of urgency
- Schedule availability
