Vos Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
**Responsibilities**:
- Partners with the local VOS Manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy. Leads change

initiatives and drives process excellence.- Help leads facility Vertiv Operating Systems communications, education and trainings.
- Implements site analysis including baseline of operations, financial analysis and continuous

measurement and improvement.
- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 3 plus years’ experience
- Six Sigma / Lean certifications, strongly preferred

**Requirements**:

- Required Experience- Proven track record of operational execution.
- Prior experience in leading diverse teams to achieve a common goal.
- Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation

software.
- Skills Required- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to work within a matrix management environment.
- Work with mínimal supervision.
