**DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO**:
Responsable de desarrollar la estrategia de las marcas a cargo e implementar planes de marketing acordes al cumplimiento de objetivos, adaptando la propuesta global a la realidad del mercado.
Deberá diseñar y ejecutar el plan de marketing para posicionar las marcas, lanzamientos de nuevos productos, incrementar sell out y ganar share, asegurando la rentabilidad del negocio de fragancias y body mist.
El rol requiere liderazgo, proactividad, visión estratégica, capacidad analítica y creatividad, además de habilidades interpersonales para relacionarse e inspirar a perfiles dentro y fuera de la compañía.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**: Diseñar la estrategia y planes de marketing para las marcas a cargo orientados al perfil de cada cliente, implementando acciones para maximizar la visibilidad, impacto y productividad en el punto de venta. Administración del Presupuesto de A&CP.
Estrategia de precios. Trackear el P&L de marca y principales KPIs como Sell In, Sell Out, SOM y Ranking. Diseñar e implementar planes de lanzamientos y KCP liderando todos los touchpoints para cada canal/ cliente. Trabajar de forma cercana con los equipos locales, regionales y globales para identificar oportunidades, maximizar los planes y hacer crecer el negocio. Liderar acciones de comunicación (eventos de PR, influencers, medios, etc) Desarrollo de Giftsets y otros materiales locales Análisis de rentabilidad para nuevas marcas y productos.
Soporte en el proceso de forecast junto a Comercial y Supply.
Contribuir a la excelencia en la ejecución de las marcas en el PDV (planogramas, criterios de exhibición, materiales permanentes y temporales, animaciones temporales, decoraciones, etc) de la mano el equipo de In-Store..
Colaborar con el equipo de Training en la capacitación del equipo de venta.

**PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO**: Experiência de +3 años en roles similares, idealmente con experiência en fragancias. Pasión por la categoría de Beauty. Excelentes relaciones interpersonales. Inglés Avanzado. Paquete Office Avanzado. Residencia en Ciudad de México.
