The ASQ Project Support is the function supporting ASQ Engineers in NAO, helping on the managing & organizing Projects in the divisions and the process improvement and the efficiency of the Supplier Quality Department.
The main missions of the role are:
- Responsibility of APQP Deployment of the certain parts families.
- Lead on the reporting for the division.
- Support on the right targets set up and the project launch in the system.
- Process Improvement & Tools development support.
- Parts transfers to series from the Project phase.
- Support on the certain training of the suppliers and correct applicability of the standards.
- Monitoring of the PPAP status and ensurance of delivery to committed dates.
- Monitoring of the supplier performance.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Quality or Business Administration
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial environment including an experience in a program team and project planning.
Skills and competencies:
- Knowledge of Project Management methodology
- APQP & PPAP validation process knowledge
- Process Improvements principles
- Core tools
- Strong in IT tools
- Supplier audit process knowledge.
- Fluent English
- Results oriented
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
