**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Es responsable de desarrollar y mantener información de los listados de materiales de todos los productos manufacturados en planta.
- Responsable de mantener el ítem máster completo con los parámetros correctos para el uso apropiado del sistema SAP.
- Debe de ser capaz de coordinar con las distintas áreas de la planta la generación correcta y apropiada de vistas/parámetros de todos los números de parte existentes en planta.
- Responsable de la coordinación de cambios al producto con las distintas áreas de la planta y asegurar que las fechas de efectividad en el sistema SAP sean las correctas para asegurar la efectiva implementación de productos.

**¿Cómo lo vas a hacer?**
- Actualizar el campo de revisión y/o dibujo en el sistema SAP.
- Liberar la información técnica en los diferentes servidores y bases de datos de nuevos dibujos o nuevas revisiones de dibujos. Así mismo es responsable de remover las versiones obsoletas y guardarlas en carpetas de obsoletos.
- Creación y mantenimiento de estructuras de productos (BOMs)
- Creación de nuevas partes en SAP en base a generación de ECNs proporcionados por los diferentes Centros de Diseño.
- Realización de modificaciones de las listas de materiales actuales.
- Generar las listas de materiales y números de parte de un producto cargando todos los componentes que la integran como partes de compra, materia prima, partes fabricadas, subensambles, ensambles generales y dibujos de referencia en el material master del sistema SAP.
- Coordinar la junta de cambios al producto.
- Coordinación y seguimiento de Cambios de Ingeniería.
- Responsable de las fechas de efectividad en SAP una vez que los cambios han pasado por las fases de implementación y las fechas fueron definidas por los departamentos involucrados.
- Envió de notificaciones de los diferentes cambios de Ingeniería por correo electrónico a los usuarios cada vez que se requiera que realicen alguna actividad relacionada al cambio de producto.
- Coordinación y seguimiento de Desviaciones con las áreas correspondientes.
- Generación de reportes semanales de ECNs para el seguimiento de los Ingenieros.
- Responsable de tener sesiones semanales con los Ingenieros para asegurar cumplir con el cierre de ECNs de acuerdo con las métricas establecidas.
- Control y mantenimiento de todos los ítems de activos a no activos en el sistema, así como el aseguramiento de que el proceso de Obsolescencia sea el indicado.
- Responsable por las auditorias semanales de parámetros de productos en SAP. Mantener el 100% en los resultados de las auditorías realizadas. Determinar análisis de causa raíz y planes de solución para cuando salgan errores en las auditorias.
- Responsable de asegurar que el procedimiento de desviaciones sea conocido por todos y que otros departamentos lo siguen. Esto se verá reflejado con el cumplimiento de métricos.
- Generación y actualización de procedimientos de Ingeniería para cumplimiento de Norma ISO9000.
- Representante por parte de Ingeniería del comité para atender y coordinar las diferencias reportadas por almacén y materiales.
- Juntas con los Departamentos necesarios para el seguimiento del Tiempo Target de los cambios
- Responsable de brindar apoyo al Departamento de Planeación/Finanzas al dar con las variaciones entre ordenes de producción y ordenes de cliente desde la perspectiva de nuevos cambios por desfases en fechas de efectividad en SAP.

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Licenciatura concluida.
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas Office.
- Conocimiento de sistemas ERP (SAP).
- 3 años de experiência.
- Trabajar en un ambiente de equipo, buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, flexibilidad y adaptabilidad a situaciones cambiantes.
- Habilidad para redactar informes y transmitir información detallada.
- Alta atención al detalle.
