**Field Services Guadalajara (servicio de mantenimiento).**

REQUISITOS.
- Disponibilidad de rolar turnos.
- Licenciatura concluida.

ACTIVIDADES
- Solución básica de problemas, instalación, mantenimiento y reparación en equipos designados.
- Completar mantenimiento preventivo y modificaciones de campo.
- Ordenar y gestionar los tiempos de ciclo de las piezas de reparación.
- Mantenimiento de registros de servicio al cliente y registros de servicio de manera oportuna.
- Mantener las comunicaciones diarias con Serivices Desk para garantizar la resolución y el seguimiento adecuado.
- Utilizar el proceso de escalada para resolver problemas de entrega de servicio al cliente.
- Identificar y participar en oportunidades de venta como nuevos contratos, renovaciones de contratos y ventas de sistemas.

Paquetería y/o Software Especializados**:SO Windows, imágenes, VPNs Correos.

OFRECEMOS.
- Oferta económica $12000 pesos.
- Prestaciones de ley.
- Jornada de lunes a viernes.
