The supplier quality coordinator is responsible for overseeing all quality activities related to the supplier base of production parts that will be manufactured by the Mexican supplier network.

Professional career in Engineering

7 to 10 years of quality and management experience.

Experience in a multicultural environment.

Bilingual English / Spanish

Strong problem solving.

Strong communication skills

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality audits are performed using a common baseline and technique (questionnaire and standard methodology).

The PPAP list of parts to be processed is followed and priorities are well addressed.

Ensure that corrective actions (CAR) are closed in a timely manner, with permanent solutions.

Potential HIS (High Impact Suppliers) are well identified through performance evaluation and the action plan is drawn up and followed by SQE (and SDE where applicable).

Support the SQE team for SAP transactions and process standardization within sites.

Being a member of the GSQ (Global Supplier Quality) team and participating in improvement projects.

Ensure continuous training in the SQE group.

Responsible for updating the monthly PPM report; complete data analysis submits report to management.

Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the department supervisor.

Carry out security related activities.

Problem analysis with supplier material

creation of NCR.

RMA/RTV quarantine management

ISO 9000 SQE scope

Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.

Comply with the security rules determined according to their role.

Comply on time the planned training related to Quality and Training.

Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
