**This is your mission as Sr. Data Modeler**
- Analyze and translate business requirements into conceptual and fully detailed logical data models.
- Gather and analyze data form different sources, find its patterns and relationship, and standardize it to feed our core data.
- Operationalize and automatize the processes that will keep the data live and actual without the need of manual interventions.
- Contribute to ongoing updates to data modeling standards and guidelines.
- Contribute to evaluating the appropriate data platform(s) for solution efforts.
- Evaluate physical data models to ensure they align with corresponding logical data models.

**Requirements**:
**Experience and Expertise**:

- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data modeling and database design.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex data models for large-scale databases.

**Data Modeling Skills**:

- Proficiency in creating conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective data models.

**Database Management Systems**:

- Extensive experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management.
- A collaborative mindset to work effectively with data engineers, developers, and business analysts.

**Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex data modeling and database design challenges.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related discipline.
