**ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE**
- More than 15 years of experience in managerial and executive positions in finance.
- Experience in the areas of financial planning, accounting, comptrollership, internal control, auditing, treasury, taxes, legal, and payroll
- You have collaborated in the strategy of information systems and technological tools for the financial area.
- Experience in medium and large consumer companies
- You have operated in multinational companies, preferably Mexico and the United States.
- You have participated in raising capital and financing international investment funds.
- Led tax projects (e.g. VAT recovery)
- Experience in cost accounting
- You operate under Mexican GAAP (NIFs) and IFRS.

- You have a financial or accounting background or similar. (MBA or CPA preferred but not required).
- You have a strategic vision, and you are farsighted.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and professionalize the financial and administrative areas.
- Participate in the strategic planning of the company.
- Plan and supervise the annual budget.
- Guarantee the correct use of the company's resources and its subsidiaries.
- Analyze the profitability of the business units.
- Obtain financing from national and international institutions.
- Ensure compliance with government obligations.
- Manage the relationship with third parties: banks, brokerage firms, auditors, etc.
- Analyze and manage risks.
- Ensure internal control in accordance with best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement or establishment of information systems.
- Identify and prepare investment analysis.
- Lead legal issues.
- Ensure the correct valuation of costs and inventories.
- Manage financial communication internally.
- Prepare and present results reports to the board of directors.
