Position: VP Ecommerce

Location: Mexico

Functions:

- Strategically build company digital sales funnel
- Planning and forecasting, budgeting
- Expand and optimise performance of existing channels
- Systematically develop and explore new channels
- Optimise and drive conversion throughout the full sales funnel
- Pitch growth opportunities and business cases for investment
- Ensuring growth opportunities made across the business are well implemented and supported by digital and eCommerce
- Driving commercial performance through the online sales funnel and customer lifecycle
- Maximise opportunities to convert customers with temporary and seasonal offers. Experience or awareness within luxury sector important
- Conversion rate optimisation - convert traffic to customers using UX, content, technology. Experience or awareness of multi-session, high consideration purchases important
- Ensure products are grouped and displayed to maximise clicks and engagement, as well as inputting into product strategy and prioritisation
- Support customer service and warehouse teams to constantly improve customer experience
Manage day to day responsibilities - product launches etc
- Digital performance marketing
- Paid search - drive profitable performance in global markets with a focus on US, UK, Japan
- Paid social - drive profitable performance in global markets with a focus on US, UK, Japan
- SEO - improve company global visibility in search engines through onsite optimisation and offsite/PR link building
- Discover new acquisition channels that can deliver profitable and scalable traffic
- Reporting the senior and wider company team on activity delivered, strategy and performance
- Support the management and prioritisation of a roadmap that delivers business outcomes across eCommerce trading and the new services and products company is expanding into
- Work with internal teams to gather requirements and make clear business decisions based on strategic priorities
- Work with partners to brief effectively and manage to on time delivery

**Profile**:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in digital teams.
- Management of a lean team
- Lead and represent the digital workstream (ecom and development) in the management team
- Experience engaging at C-level, pitching growth opportunities and business plans
- Experience collaborating with other departments to coordinate activities and projects to build brand
- Analytical and results-oriented profile.
- Availability to live in Mexico.
